Roadmap to a 90-day calendar.

A keyword roadmap on its own does nothing. Turn it into a 90-day calendar with concrete dates and the calendar starts running your week. This recipe asks your assistant to assign each post a publish date and a priority based on traffic potential.

Before you start

  • Approved brand ideas in your backlog

How to run it

  1. Pull the roadmap

Ask your assistant to list your approved brand ideas with the keyword and difficulty for each.

  2. Sort by ROI

Ask the assistant to sort by traffic potential divided by difficulty. The top of the list is the highest ROI.

  3. Spread across 13 weeks

Pick a publishing cadence (one a week, two a week). Ask the assistant to spread the top items across 13 weeks, assigning a publish date to each.

  4. Drop into your tools

Copy the calendar into Notion, Linear, or your project tool of choice. The dates make it real.

Copy this prompt
