Reverse-engineer a competitor.

Pick one competitor. Add them to your project. Ask your assistant to read both audits side by side and tell you where they win and where the gap is small enough to close fast. This is the fastest way to find your next ten posts.

Before you start

  • A Seoable project
  • At least one competitor added to the project

How to run it

  1. Add the competitor

Open the project. Add the competitor by domain. Seoable scans their site for keywords, AI engine mentions, and topical clusters.

  2. Ask for the head-to-head

Ask your assistant to read both audits and list keywords where the competitor ranks in the top 10 and you do not. Filter to keywords you could realistically win.

  3. Pick the easy wins

Sort the list by difficulty ascending. Pick the first ten. These are your next ten posts.

  4. Brief and queue

Ask your assistant to draft post outlines for each. Approve the ones you like. Queue them in your backlog.
