Outreach in your voice.

Cold outreach gets ignored when it sounds like a template. This recipe pairs your brand voice with a list of likely link partners so the pitches read like you wrote them yourself, one at a time.

Before you start

  • Brand description filled in
  • At least 10 published posts on your domain

How to run it

  1. List likely partners

Ask your assistant to list ten sites in your industry that have written about topics adjacent to yours. Include their best post URL and editor email if you have it.

  2. Match a hook to each

For each partner, ask the assistant to find a hook in your published content that would naturally link back to or quote them. Skip the ones with no honest hook.

  3. Draft the pitch

Ask the assistant to draft a 100-word email for each. Use your brand description so the voice matches your usual writing.

  4. Send

Read each email out loud. If it sounds like you, send it. If not, tweak. The cleanest signal is whether you would forward it to a friend.
