Lock one brand voice.

Voice is the thing that makes content yours and not some AI's. Write a brand description once, save it on your project, and every Seoable post and every assistant call uses it. This is the difference between your blog reading like a person and reading like a wall of text.

Before you start

  • A Seoable project

How to run it

  1. Find five sentences you wrote

Open three of your favorite posts or emails. Pull five sentences that feel especially like you. These are your voice anchors.

  2. Write the brand description

Open your project's brand settings. Describe the voice in 80 words: the tone, the words you use, the words you avoid, the kinds of stories you tell.

  3. Test it

Ask your assistant to write one short post about a chosen keyword using the brand description. Read it. Tweak the description until the post sounds right.

  4. Save and forget

Once it sounds right, save and stop tweaking. Every future post will start from this base.

Copy this prompt

Read my brand description. Write a 600-word post about [topic]. Match the voice exactly. Use the same kinds of metaphors, sentence lengths, and vocabulary.
