Sarah Chen launched her scheduling tool in November 2025. In early April 2026 — four months later — she crossed 50,000 organic sessions per month from a standing start of 400. This is exactly how.

The starting position

Sarah had a working product, a landing page, and zero inbound traffic. She had never done SEO. She spent $99 on the SEOABLE package in late November, generated her 100 blog posts, and started publishing.

Month one: publish everything

Sarah published 25 of her 100 generated posts in the first three weeks. She edited each for voice but did not restructure the posts. Traffic at end of month one: 900 sessions.

Month two: fix the keyword roadmap

Midway through month two, Sarah noticed three of her posts ranking for unexpected keywords — adjacent intents she had not targeted. She used these signals to rewrite her keyword roadmap, clustering around the themes that were actually resonating. End of month two: 4,200 sessions.

Month three: schema and internal linking

This is the month the flywheel kicked in. Sarah shipped the schema package for all 100 posts and implemented entity-aware internal linking. The AEO Blueprint moved her from invisible to cited-by-ChatGPT in 18 days. End of month three: 18,000 sessions.

Month four: compound

Month four was almost entirely compound growth. Sarah published 25 more posts but the existing content was doing the heavy lifting. End of month four: 52,300 sessions.

What actually moved the needle

In order of impact:

  1. Publishing volume in month one. The flywheel needs fuel. Do not over-edit.
  2. Schema implementation in month three. The AEO lift was immediate and compounding.
  3. Keyword roadmap rewrite in month two. Following the real signal beat the initial plan.
  4. Internal linking. Topical authority compounds when the graph is tight.

Sarah opened her GSC to the community. The full archive is public — her exact query list, click-through data, and landing page conversions are available for study.
